Make music: For each other. Here. And now!
The beginning of summer belongs to the Fête de la Musique. After a brilliant return to the stages of the city and with many tens of thousands of spectators last year, we are already looking forward to the beginning of summer on June 21, 2024 and to your contribution to the Fête de la Musique Berlin.
Everyone who wants to organize a music venue or can play an instrument can participate. We would like to invite everyone who would like to organize a music venue to contact us via the form so that we can get in touch with you. Music venues for us are not only the big stages but also small venues created just for this day. Feel free to talk to us about your ideas!
We – that is the Fête de la Musique team, which organizes the Fête de la Musique on behalf of the Musicboard Berlin and the Senate Department for Culture and Europe

Climate protection can be fun and fits in very well with an event like Fête de la Musique. In 2019 we started on the path to a more sustainable Fête which we want to pursue together with all organizers and participants. We have not only developed a guideline for this path which can be found on our website and provides important tips for events.
We have also committed to a Green Deal for Fête de la Musique Berlin which sets concrete targets for reducing waste, consumables and CO2 emissions and gives us a clear framework for the coming years. This was developed by two experts Jacob Bilabel (Green Music Initiative) and Dr. Birte Jung (freelance transformation manager for sustainable culture). We will continue to implement the path to Green Fête de la Musique in 2024 with workshops, advisory services and specific events.
